We create change by being the difference.
The Official Michael B. Jordan Fan Club is focused on making a difference in our communities and the world as much as we are dedicated to one another and our unconditional love and support for Michael B Jordan.
With nearly 16,000 followers on our social media platforms as well as the launch of our website, we believe we can make a significant impact by participating in active community service and highlighting key initiatives each month.
Why do we do this? It’s simple. Giving back to the place you call home helps to unite the community and bridge some of the social, economic, and political gaps. It is statistically proven that people who volunteer regularly are healthier both physically and mentally. Individuals who have volunteered throughout their lifetime typically live longer and have better psychological well-being. In addition to the health benefits, volunteering gives people a sense of purpose. The fulfilling feeling of giving back and contributing to society is unparalleled.
Additionally, as fans of Michael B. Jordan and his philanthropy work, we like to contribute, support and impact our world; therefore, we ask all members of the Official MBJ Fan Club as part of their club membership to commit to at least one community service activity and campaign each month and provide content, where appropriate.
Whether it is traditional awareness campaigns such as Breast Cancer or Women History months or strategizing to fight back against unexpected pandemics such as COVID-19, the Official MBJ Fan Club is dedicated to uplift our local, national and international community while highlighting our support for Michael B Jordan.
Our 2024 Campaign
It turns out we aren't the only ones who love MBJ! So do the ladies at the Cypress Hill Social Club, they went to see Creed III and had a blast. So this year we will be adopting them as honorary club members! Throughout the year we will send them care packages, some Michael B Jordan merch, as well as pen-pal letters and so much more! As a club, we do what we can to give back to our community and that includes our elders.
In Our Community
In The Official Michael B. Jordan Fan Club, we want to create change by being the difference! That all starts right in our local communities. We have members all across North America and while we plan big campaigns together, we all do our part by making donations in our local neighborhoods. Check out our Fan Gallery for even more pictures!
Members Nadia and Simone donating gift boxes, and playing bingo with our local Seniors!
Our President Hope and member Simone donating "Just Mercy" books to local high school!
Our own Nikki Raines, assisting with giving COVID-19 Immunizations!

Mental Health Awareness
Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in May in the United States since 1949, reaching millions of people in the United States through the media, local events and screenings. For the month of May, we will be launching the following initiates:
• Self-Care Bingo: Most of the time, we just forget. Self-care is nothing like an urgent item on your to-do list. When your agenda is all filled up with meetings and project deadlines, self-care has no chance to live. So, if you want to make self-care a habit, why not make it something fun to do? Fans will be able to download a self-care bingo card and post their progress along with any applicable content.
• WhyCare Campaign: Fans will post or share stories about why they care for others, how support or care from others has affected them or what it means to have access to care
• Coronavirus: Mental Health Coping Strategies – The current circumstances around COVID-19 can significantly affect mental health for everyone, but especially for those with mental illness. Both the anxiety of contracting the disease as well as the increase in loneliness and isolation can worsen and trigger symptoms. Fans can sign up and/or promote mental health apps such as Calm, Headspace, Moodpath and SuperBetter among others on their social media profiles to put a focus on protecting or improving mental health using methods including meditation, hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and providing a valuable support network.
• National Alliance on Mental Illness: NAMI is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization. NAMI are dedicated to improving the lives of millions of Americans affected by mental illness and strive to create a better tomorrow where all people affected by mental illness can experience hope, recovery and wellness in a world free of stigma. By donating to NAMI, we can help make that tomorrow a reality and ensure that no individual or family is alone on their mental health journey.
